Sol de Janeiro finally brought back the Coco Cabana Cream and it is even better than before. A new formula, and a more delicious scent (if that’s even possible”!
I was lucky enough to be able to try it though Influenster. If you have never heard of it before, Influenster is a website/shopping companion/program, that you can use to find out more about all types of products: makeup, skincare, food, house tools, literally anything. People post their thoughts and opinions about something, you can ask questions or answer them, post product photos, shop with discounted prices, and sometimes get free stuff from them in exchange for honest reviews. It is a very helpful tool for anyone. Check out the website and follow me there as well!
The new CoCo Cabana body cream from is hands down one of the greatest creams I’ve tried! It smells delicious, the coconut is not overwhelming and it pairs very well with the orchid and praline scents. The consistency is not too thick, not too watery. It blends smoothly on the skin and it gets absorbed quickly leaving the skin moisturized and soft. Most importantly…it does not feel sticky or greasy at all!
I love applying it right after the shower when the pores are still open, to maximize hydration. However, I do feel like the scent does not last up to 72 hours as the company claims on the website. The 240ml/8oz tub (the one on the photos) retails for $45.00, which is a little pricey for a body cream. I wouldn’t recommend getting the full size as your first-time purchase due to the price. They have 75ml/2.5oz retails for $20.00 and 25ml/0.84oz retails for $10.00, so try one of the smaller ones before you decide to invest in the full size.
Have you guys tried the Coco Cabana Cream? Let me know your thought about it, or if you would be open to purchase any of the sizes and try it out.
Until next time,
